Mission

Cambodian Student Association (CSA) at the University of Houston is a student-led cultural organization. Our mission is to:

• Raise awareness of Khmer Rouge Regime (1975-1979)
• Promote Cambodian culture and traditions through various holiday celebrations
• Provide a supportive community for Cambodian students and those interested in Cambodian culture.

CSA is founded in 2022 by Rothnica Marin, Pichpiseth Long, Panharoth Meas & Yaisa Khek, who are Cambodian students at the University of Houston.

Our vision for CSA is to be a platform for Cambodian students to connect with one another and share their experiences and knowledge. By doing so, we hope to foster an inclusive community that celebrates the rich cultural heritage of Cambodia and raises awareness of its history and traditions.
